How does giving work?
$100 makes you a plot's steward for a year, and all of it goes to that plot's needs, in order. You can also top up any plot with $5 to $500. When a need is funded, Shabani buys it and the receipt and a photo are posted on the plot.
Where do I see my gift?
In My plots, on the website or in the app, as soon as the payment goes through. The purchase receipt appears on the plot once Shabani has bought what your gift paid for.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Not at the moment. FarmFund is working toward US nonprofit (501(c)(3)) status, and until then gifts aren't tax-deductible.
My sign-in link didn't arrive.
Give it a minute and check your spam folder. Each link works once and expires after a while, so ask for a fresh one if it's old. In the app, open the link on the same iPhone you asked for it on.
How do I hide my name or delete my account?
To hide your name, email us. To delete your account, go to My plots and choose Delete my account. Our privacy page explains what happens to past gifts.

Email us with the date and amount and we'll sort it out.
